A recipe to boost romance and passion

Cocktail shrimp is a very stylish recipe.

It will make you seem like a good cook while the non-existent difficulty of the recipe won’t take you long to prepare.

A great choice for a fancy date in the company of a passionate lover.

Ingredients

  • ½ clove of garlic
  • 8 -10 big prawns
  • 2 leafs of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 to 2 tomatoes
  • 50 g of peeled little prawns
  • 50 g of crab meat
  • 1 lemon
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Brandy
  • 1 teaspoon of ketchup
  • 4 tablespoon of homemade mayonnaise
  • Olive oil

Preparation

Heat with a pan with olive oil and add the garlic a pinch of cayenne pepper. After one minute add the big prawns for 3 minutes approximately.

In a bowl prepare the sauce by mixing the lemon juice with a bit of brandy, cayenne pepper, a teaspoon of ketchup and 4 tablespoons of homemade mayonnaise.

Cut the lettuce into little pieces and slice the tomato into small cubes and layer it in small bowls.

Add the peeled small prawns with the sauce and top it up with the crab meat.

Finish it with a pinch of cayenne pepper and the hot big prawns on top.
